Carole, Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that we received the featherweight on Friday. You did a FANTASTIC job!! The machine, case, and attachments look marvelous! Since Sandy and Kim are going on a quilting retreat later this month, I decided to let her open her Christmas present early. She was really surprised and could not believe how beautiful it was. Sandy spent the next hour with Kim passing on all her tips and experience from her many hours of sewing on her featherweights (again, thanks to you!). Hello Carole!  Just to let you know I received my Featherweight this afternoon and I just love it.  I've read the whole book and threaded it and stitched on some muslin scraps.  It is so quiet-especially compared to my new machines!  Our quilting group is making a sampler and I plan to piece all of the blocks on my "baby"!  It is so exciting!  Thank you again for everything.  That machine was very well packed!  It arrived in great shape!  I have told all of my sewing friends where I found my machine!  You have been a pleasure to deal with and I am so delighted you had the machine I wanted to buy.    Rosemary G.

Larry and Carole. wrote to say how satisfied i am with the featherweight. it is all of a 8.5 rating, to tell you the truth i was expecting to buy a new felt oil pad, base cushions, brushes for the motor, (and having to clean the commutator on the armature) maybe a belt. or other things that i can't remember at this minute. this was definitely plug and play! i didn't ask any questions because i asumed you wouldn't go that far. i mean really just how much could i expect ? well i couldn't get over what a great purchase i made. it is a beautiful machine that i am proud of, and proud of the people i bought it from. Hi Carole, I just wanted to touch base with you one last time regarding the 1948 FW 221 you shipped.  It arrived this morning in super excellent shape.  The shipping box was intact and the contents inside were extremely well packed.  I cannot thank you enough.  The pictures that are on your site do not do this little jewel justice.  The finish is very bright and shiny.  It has the usual pin marks and that is to be expected.  The servicing is spot on and is ready to go to work.  Although it is not "brand new", it is as close as one could find to that level.  I would give it a solid 9.  I have always wanted to give my wife a 'real' birthday present and this little guy fills the bill.  I am really happy.  I am ready to continue servicing it into the future.  I am an airline mechanic by trade and will have no difficulty with these chores.  Again, many thanks.  It is worth the money regardless of what deals you may find on Ebay.   William H.

Good afternoon Carole.  FW arrived safe and sound last Friday.  I went through the manual and did a little sample sewing on that evening.  I had time on Sunday to do some other sewing so I wound a bobbin, re-threaded the machine and really enjoyed sewing with it.  Everything worked very well and I'm so pleased.  I am anxious to give the attachments a try as well.  Thank you again for all your work to get this machine ready for me.  I know I will enjoy sewing with it for many years to come.    Peggy K.

Dear Carole, My husband purchased a Singer Featherweight 222 from you on December 14th for my Christmas present this year, 2018.  I'm writing to thank you and let you know how pleased I am!  My beautiful 222 Featherweight is in excellent condition, meeting or exceeding its description on your website.  The case is unblemished with no odor.  The machine's finish is a lovely shiny black with vivid golden decals.  But most important of all, she runs beautifully with a perfectly balanced stitch.  I truly appreciate your attention to detail with the new LED lightbulb and Velcro fastener for the power cord.  I also want to praise you for the packing job.  The way in which you packed my machine for shipping was a work of art!  Every single jeopardized part of the machine or case was safely shielded and well padded.  The machine was securely padded inside the case.  The case was securely padded inside the sturdy shipping box.  I think it could have been dropped from a moving truck and still survive intact.  I am one happy sewist!  Thank you very much for everything!  Sincerely, Mary Beth H.
