Disston & Morss 1868 Fisher Patent
Protractor & Bevel w/ Level - Square - Rule
This Carpenters Combination Tool was patented by Fisher in 1868 and offered by Disston & Morss.
Uncleaned w/ genuine nice even patina. It is in very good overall condition. The body is Rosewood, and it has had a piece of carved bone inlaid into the body. Clear patent info and increment markings on the brass protractor. Steel blade has rule markings. Bubble is good. Very nice!! An interesting variant.

Protractor & Bevel w/ Level - Square - Rule
TheFisher Patent Carpenters Combination Tool was patented by in 1868 and offered by Disston & Morss.
This ad is for the one on top.Lightly cleaned. It is in very good overall condition. The body is Rosewood. Clear patent info and increment markings on the brass protractor. Steel blade has rule markings. Bubble is good. The thumbscrew on the protractor is a replacement that functions as it should. Very nice!!

The No. 289 fence is oftentimes missing. The plane is oftentimes found
with a 78 fence. A poor replacement choice when put to use. This
proper fence is larger, heavier duty, and the arms are equal to either side.
