Disston No. 8 Half Back Saw 16" 12 TPI Straight with a few minor dents, small dings at the tip. Weak partial etch. You can make out the word Keystone and see the Keystone logo in certain light. Tough to make out the rest. Nice handle. An early and rare back saw.

Otis Smith "New Complete" Saw Set  The condition of this rare saw set is like new little used with near perfect nickel plating and no signs of use on the rosewood handle or elsewhere. There are a few spots of storage rust that should clean.

The second pic is an advertising flyer I found online touting its features and indicates it dates from 1912.

Otis Smith hailed from Rockfall Conn. He is most famous for his association with the Fales Patent Combination plane. He was also a gun maker, but not of Smith & Wesson, among other things. I have seen these sawsets offered elsewhere for as much as $600.00 and one brought $400 in a Brown Tool Auction a while back. Opportunity.
