A note on SHIPPING: Large heavy trivets will be shipped in a Priority Mail Flat Rate box for $10 if possible. Smaller ones in Priority boxes for $6.00. I will put as many trivets of any size as I can fit into the Flat Rate box, making the shipping rate for multiple buys very attractive.
All of the trivets listed on this page were made for child-size and other small irons. We have put a coin in the picture to give you some perspective of size. Because of their diminutive size they are absolutely charming and look great displayed on their own, with a little iron on top, or as part of a grouping alongside of larger trivets.

"Williams" Child-Size Trivets
I assume these two little trivets
were made by the A.C. Williams Co. of Ravenna, OH. Maybe they were made
for you if your last name happens to be Williams! Both are identical but
one has what looks to be original black finish on it, the other is plain iron
finish.

Rectangular Child-Size Trivets
These three little cast iron trivets
are all unmarked. Their cutout pattern displays really well against a
white wall!

"Cathedral" Style Child-Size Trivets
Whoever it was that came up
with the name for this design trivet saw how similar they are in shape and form
to a pretty cathedral window.

nice fine casting.

Size "Fersommling" Iron Supplement
Advertising Trivet
The bottom of this little trivet is marked "Fersommling
Hamburg PA 1952". I have seen a number of different little sad irons trying
to get you to buy the iron supplements of the day. This is the first time
I have seen the advertising on a little trivet. Anemia must have
been quite the problem back then---or maybe the drug companies just wanted you
to think so. I imagine it was easy money for them. This trivet is
tiny and different and very nice!!
