1. Giant Caulking Mallet ......Good+ ..... $75.00 This caulking mallet is twice the normal size and not just the length of the handle. That is a yard stick next to it.
2. Giant Metal Dividers Good+ ..... $95.00
The metal dividers are manufactured and have a very nicely formed / chamfered design on the legs. I do not see any maker name though.
3. Wooden Dividers .......Good+ ..... $10.00
The wooden dividers appear to be homemade and suited for those large jobs. The arc has a fixable break in it. Crude but interesting.
4. Bench Shears .......Good+ ..... $75.00
The early bench shears in the front on the left are intended for broom making. I first sold these to the collector back in the 80's when you use to be able to find such things.
5. Large Drawknife ........ Good+ ..... $25.00
The drawknife is one of those primitive oversize models you just do not see on the market anymore.

This thing says Patent app'd and is sharp enough to do real work beyond cutting nice square holes in the lawn. I am just guessing, and it is probably wrong, but perhaps it is for removing bark or cleaning rough????? I really do not know, and the foot pedal, if that is what it is, seems to me to be on the wrong side and that it would interfere with most tasks assigned to it.. Perhaps it is just a push handle, and we go back to the bark removing idea. ???? Different.

Oversize Dividers
The 2 manufactured ones are by Johnson from Newark and measure 24".
They are nice. The 3rd set appear to be hand forged, and are OK.

Oversize Calipers
On the left is a very unusual triple caliper. It is hand forged and
pretty nice overall. A very graphic tool for the collection.
It stands about 2' tall Back Left ..... Good ..... $175.00
Next is giant manufactured Caliper that is also approx 2' tall
Back Right .... Good ..... $45.00
The caliper in front has a unusual hand stamped gauge on the top for the craftsman to accurately size his work. Calipers of this scale were used for axles, columns, and other large turned objects and lathe work.. This one will make a great addition to the collection or be a good user. Front ...... Hardware
Store Rope or Wire Measure
Before the days of blister packs and prepackaging you use to go to the hardware
store and buy wire or rope by the foot off large spools. They ran it
through one of these to tally the total. I suppose Home depot still has
the same set-up for some wire, but the quaintness factor has been lost without
one of these mounted on the oak counter.
