WWII
Japanese Arisaka Bayonet This WWII war trophy
was brought home by a returning vet. It is in very nice condition. It has what I
believe to be the
Tokyo arsenal stamp logo. No dings to the blade, and the scabbard is nice as well.

4 WWII
Japanese Dress Swords I know little about
these other than they are WWII issue Japanese dress swords that the consigner
brought home or had shipped home right after the war when he was stationed
there. One is larger than the rest, and one has a couple of ID marks in
the grip and hilt area. I have been told parade swords and NCO officers
swords, etc, but Do not really know other than they are legit and came from
Japan with a returning vet.
I could give you a story about how he took these on the battlefield field, but actually he was there with the mop up crew afterward gathering up weapons like this after it was all over. The idea was we confiscated these so the Japanese would not attack us later on with them. What a novel idea, I wonder why we did not do that in Iraq after we won that war the first time.
