Kingery
Conical Ice Cream Scoop The Kingery has an
interesting squeeze action to release the ice cream inside the conical bowl.
It is a very interesting and novel idea, but it has weaknesses in it and they
are often found inoperable. That is not the case with this one and it is
in excellent condition with just a bit of nickel plating missing. The
arms inside the bowl operate smoothly and the joints are in good condition.
SH-ICE-7
Excellent .... $225.00
Kingery
"Victor" Split Apart Ice Cream Scoop Kingery made a
few different style scoops. This one had two arms inside the bowl that
started in the middle and swept to each side. It is an unusual design. The
arms inside the bowl operate smoothly. Click

The
"Ideal" Vintage / Antique Mechanical Ice Cream Sandwich Dipper / Scoop This
"Ideal" Ice Cream Sandwich Dipper / vintage ice cream scoop is not in
Smith's book on scoops. It was made or sold by the Long Sales Co. of
Syracuse NY. I believe it dates from the 20's or so. It is a rare and
unusual design from the period when economy and precise portions were a major
consideration to the shopkeeper's profit margins when dishing out or preparing
portions of ice cream.. It is a variation of the Icy-Pie Sandwich style
scoops or dippers. It is different in that it is equipped with a never
before seen portion control adjustment built into the handle. The added
bonus on top of that is that it is in its original box and has the original
paperwork instructions with it. This mint condition scoop, the original
box, and original paperwork takes that more common and before sandwich dipper
idea to a new level on par with the rarest of scoops that are so sought after
and elusive. A momentary opportunity waiting to be scooped up! Click

An
Assortment of Vintage / Antique Mechanical Ice Cream Scoops This
small collection of ice cream scoops includes a whole array of different designs
and mechanisms to scoop up and then eject ice cream. There are two early key-twist
types in tinned steel. There are two geared Gilchrest-types with
nickel over brass cups. There is another geared one that has an
aluminum cup and is marked "Peerless". There is one wooden handled one
with an odd twist type mechanism on the back side that is unmarked.
There are two thumb-push ejection types---one is marked Taiwan, the other
has a US patent number on it (the Taiwan one is actually better made!).
The last one is one of those 1950's-60's ones that they gave away with
Crisco and said you could use for shortening or ice cream. The perfect
way to begin a collection or outfit / decorate your own ice cream parlor /
general store display! Click

Vintage
White Mountain Ice Cream Freezer / Churn This
ice cream maker is in great condition and looks like saw cream very few
times!
The wooden barrel stands about 10" tall so I guess it would, and will, make
about a quart or two of ice cream. It is marked "Triple Motion" and from the
looks of the parts that churn around inside as you crank it around I believe
it. Use it and
display it both!
