Most are 5 -7" long and weigh 4-7 lbs each. 

A note on shipping:  I ship most irons in fixed rate P O Priority Mail boxes.  There are two sizes of these boxes available now that ship for $12 or $15 to anywhere in the US.  One, two or sometimes even three or four irons can fit in the new larger fixed rate box making shipping quite reasonable.  The International fixed rates are $42 or $52 w/ a 20 lb weight limit.
