Paper Advertising Signs

Pendleton's 5-10-15 Cent Store  This must have been the equivalent to today's .99 Cent Store.  I wonder what the level of quality was for stuff priced at .15 cents or less.  This measures about 10" tall and 30" long.  It is on oiled or waxed oak tag or something like that that would stand up to outside placement.  It is original and old, and I have several.

Ham Advertising  Hanging Sign  This is about 12" tall and would have hung from the ceiling or a fixture to remind the passerby he needed one of these.

Savage Washing Machine Ad  This sign has great color and presence.  It must have been a folding design to begin but is now in two pieces.  It would look great framed and hung.

Framed Simplex Ironer Ad   This sign is under glass and that is glare in the corner.  The frame measures about 11" x 21".  I get offered these types of ironing devices every day by hopeful sellers / owners.  This is about as close as I want to get to owning the real thing!  Note the ad implies it takes the drudgery out of the thankless old way of doing the job.  There is some staining / foxing on the ad, but overall it displays well.
