2 Disston D12 London Spring  The top one is a early example of one of Disstons finest made saws.  I am not familiar with the style nuts holding the handle, but they look original.  This is a 13 point fine crosscut, and it is 26" long.  It is straight and sharp.   The etch is there, but hard to make out.  The applewood handle is near perfect. Disston #43 Hand Saw    Marketed as the complete combination tool, Disston implied that you could leave the rest home and just show up at the job the job with this.  Included was a scribe, level, square, ruler, straight edge, and of course the saw.  There has been some minor loss to the handle tips, but it looks good, and the blade is straight.  Both vials are good, and the patent dates an other info are readable but faint on the blade.                Good+ ....... $550.00   SOLD  

Disston D-17  Double Duty DDD   The cutting edge is 26" long. It is straight.  There are minor areas of pitting and some stains.  The etching is pretty good.

Atkins Silver Steel #400 Rip Saw This is one of the nicest, and rarest saws I have ever owned.  Note the condition of the figured Rosewood handle in the accompanying pics.  These saws were Atkins top of the line and the nuts and screws were actually silver-plated and not just nickel.  I have provided the best pics I could, and they do not do this saw justice.  It is much nicer in person.  There is one area of corrosion as shown, but the rest is bright and the camera created the dark spots or blotches you see.           Very Good........$245.00           SOLD

Goodell Pratt #1 Bench Hack Saw  This unusual bench mounted hacksaw is a nice tool that is well made and a quality product.  It takes 9" blades and is the only size GP offered in the catalog I looked in.    It is complete w/ its vice and in very nice condition. These would be great in the small production shop where repetitive cuts are needed.  No more jumping out of the cut or bouncing around when trying to start one.          CYN-SAW-3

2 Man 5' Crosscut Saw  This is a nice condition saw that has been hanging on a wall for 25 years or so.  The handles are good.  The teeth all look good. I can not read the etch as it is dirty, but it is not pitted or heavily rusted.        CYN-SAW-2

4 Back Saws

Disston 12" Backsaw or Tenon Saw (13)  This dovetail or backsaw looks like it was given an acid bath at some point.  It has very light pitting.  There is a slight bow, but no kinks.  The blade is straight.  The teeth look OK and I think it can be put back into use.    Good ..... $25.00    SOLD!

Disston 12" Cast Steel Backsaw or Tenon Saw (14)  This dovetail or backsaw is in  very nice condition  The blade is straight, sharp & bright. There is still remains of the decal on the fruitwood handle. It has never been fiddled with.  Super.    Good ..... $95.00     SOLD!

Dunn & Co. 12" Backsaw (15) This dovetail or backsaw is in good condition  The blade is straight.   The etch is readable.  The wood is nice. Minor areas of light pitting that will not affect use.     Good ..... $45.00    SOLD!

Henry Disston 12" Cast Steel Backsaw or Tenon Saw (16)   This dovetail or backsaw is in  nice condition  The blade is straight, the teeth OK.  It has split screws. It is marked just Henry Disston, no Son, No Sons.   Early and Nice.     Good ..... $75.00     SOLD!
